Hello, and welcome to my corner of Zion Z Publishing! I’m Shelita Taylor, a fiction author who loves weaving tales of romance, mystery, and suspense stories that stir the soul and keep readers turning pages late into the night.

My inspiration comes from life itself the quiet moments, the deep questions, the thrill of love, and the mystery of human connection. I believe stories should transport, provoke, or soothe and sometimes, all three at once. Whether you're looking for a sweet escape or a story that lingers in your thoughts, I write to create that experience.

When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me:
Singing a soulful tune
Meditating under the sky
Camping and bird watching
Painting something inspired
Getting lost in a book or show
Meditation is my reset button. It helps clear the noise so I can create with clarity, free from the echoes of other authors’ voices.

My love affair with writing began at the age of 13, when a simple poetry assignment earned high praise from my English teacher. That single moment ignited a spark in me and that spark grew into a lifelong passion for storytelling. Since then, I’ve written across genres, including fiction and spiritual works, always aiming to share stories that come from a place of truth, reflection, and emotional depth.​
